Cameron Golden Hills project is owned by the subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS”) namely Cergas Asal (M) Sdn Bhd. Residing on the 59-acre land in Cameron Highlands, Cameron Golden Hill is our 3rd project in Cameron Highlands after the success of Carnation Park ( 19 acres ) and Taman Royal Lily ( 30 acres ) in Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands.

LOCATION, ACCESSIBILITY AND FACILITIES / AMENITIES

This project is strategically situated between Brinchang and Tanah Rata. It is approximately 4 kilometers north of Pekan Tanah Rata and 2 kilometers south of Pekan Brinchang. It also right at the western side of Jalan Tanah Rata, Brinchang, the main road linking Ringlet and Tanah Rata with Brinchang, Tringkap and Kampung Raja. Presently the site is accessible via Jalan Tanah Rata in Brinchang. Its connection to the Kampung Raja Simpang Pulai road gives an alternative access to Cameron Highlands from Ipoh and the northern states in Malaysia.
